That's not a problem, and we are ready to welcome your group and provide you with the resources and assistance you need in planning your tour through the Finger Lakes Region! To start your planning, just provide us with the basic information below and we will reach back out to you shortly!

We are equidistant between Rochester and Syracuse in the heart of Central New York. Lyons, New York is at the crossroads of State Route 31 and State Route 14. So whether your travels are up State Route 14 from Exit 42 off the New York State Thruway, or down State Route 14 from State Route 104, we are an easy to reach destination.

We are located in the heart of the Finger Lakes Wine Country with a long list of area tourist attractions, restaurants, parks, vineyards and facilities that are all  experienced with handling tour groups and their special needs. Places like Letchworth State Park, Watkins Glen, Corning Museum of Glass, Oswego, as well as the greater Rochester and Syracuse areas are all within an hour to an hour and a half commute times. Belhurst Castle and the other wineries of the Finger Lakes are just minutes from our location. We've done this before! We're also fanatical about abiding by our store hours. Despite priding ourselves on being a small operation, we are open 9 am until 5 pm, 7 days a week and have never missed a day, even in snow, because that's what Christmas elves do best! We are only closed for three days out of the year and those being Easter, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Other than that, we're here and ready for your group!

By providing us with the basic information on your group, you're greatly assisting us in addressing any special needs or considerations so we can ensure a better experience for your guests. This will ensure we are prepared for your arrival and ready to assist your group.

• There is no admission fee or group rate policy.
• Our average large group should plan on 45 minutes to 1 hour in their schedule.
• Our retail area consists of three adjoining storefronts all on the first floor, so we are handicapped accessible.
• Front door drop off and pick up is available and motorcoach parking can be provided.
• A clean restroom is available for our guests.
• Additional information can be downloaded below for electronic notifications, and we can mail you printed collateral ahead of time as well to help build the excitement within your group.
